while we are developing our range of products they are home made.

the ingredients come from our omihi gardens or canterbury organic growers we know and respect.
at this stage our stock paste does include sun dried tomatoes from Ceres organic, these are from Turkey.

our products for now are;

garlic powder @$40.

Our jars are 270ml volume.
all prices include GST and South Island delivery.

Stock paste

A concentrated paste of vegetables simply preserved in salt.
To use the stock paste just stir about 1 teaspoon of it into 1 cup of hot water.
We put our vegetable stock paste in to almost everything we make.
Vegetable stock paste makes a big difference, especially when it comes to flavour.
Store this stock paste in the fridge once open.
Due to the high salt content it won't freeze.
Use within six months

ingredient ratios change with the seasons Green Garlic, fresh garlic, garlic salt, leeks, parsley,carrots, coriander,celery, celeriac, sun dried tomatoes, fennel and Sea salt.
